I was born October 1953 Louisville, Kentucky. While I was still in high school our family moved to Frankfort, Kentucky in December of 1968. Later, I was married and began having children and moved my family to Lexington, Kentucky in December of 1980. This is a great place to live. I know. I have been blessed to have and raise 4 children here. Now I have 7 grandchildren!!. We like the school system, parks, theaters, fishing, bowling alleys, school sports, community activities offered by our local government and the people here are friendly, and Yes, we love the changing weather.

I have been a Licensed Realtor since March 31,1990. I started in this business with a smaller local company and later moved up to a larger company and now I am with Keller Williams Greater Lexington. While helping Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate needs, I also have put a great deal of time in learning how to be of better service to consumers. This is marked by the Designations I have earned throughout the years. Designations are: Broker, CRS, GRI, ABR, e-Pro, CDPE, C-CREC, RFC, SFR, MRP.
As a Broker Associate I have been focusing my business on helping Buyers and Sellers with their residential needs. When meeting with Buyers and Sellers, we spend time getting to know each other and decide how we will best work together in achieving their real estate experience. As a Certified Real Estate Counselor, listening is a key factor in helping Buyers and Sellers. Some of the areas Buyers talk about include their wish list of what they would love to have in a home, I help them understand what is involved in the financial area of getting a loan for their home and the home inspection process brings up interesting conversations. For Sellers a lot of conversation is about how I market their home and how the showings are scheduled around their schedule. (This is still their home and I keep the disruption to a minimum) I help dispel a lot of myths both Buyers and Sellers have heard from everywhere, during their life. It is amazing how many old practices are no longer in use. Our conversations are interesting, entertaining, educating and never boring.
